Tucked away in a beautiful, wooded setting, Oxbowl Bend is located just a short walk or drive away from shopping in the beautiful suburb of Coon Rapids. The 60-unit, 3-story building offers off-street parking and an on-site service coordinator to support residents with educational programs.

Family income may not exceed 60% area median income per guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Individuals outside the age range may be eligible if they have a disability.
