Helpful Information for Clients
Parents or legal guardians are required to give consent for treatment of a minor.
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, 24-hour notice is expected.
If any individual misses an appointment and/or late cancels three (3) appointments in a 12-month period, that individual may be transferred to our Same Day Scheduling.
In cases of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Vona Center for Mental Health does not offer 24/7 crisis services.

Directions Coming from the North
If coming from the North Metro go South on Hwy 169 to the Bass Lake Road exit. Take the Bass Lake Road East exit. Once on Bass Lake Road continue heading east until you reach Gettysburg Ave N. Turn left onto Gettysburg Ave N and then take the first left into the parking lot for 9220 Bass Lake Road. We are located on the main level of the building, on the right side of the internal courtyard.
Directions Coming from the South

Parking
Free parking is available in the parking lot right outside the building. Handicap and visitor parking are directly in front of the building’s main entrance.
