Nolte River Place in Anoka is now leasing. The applicant waitlists for Village at Franklin Station, Monroe Village, and Nicolett Towers are open. The waitlists are currently closed for our housing for older adults at all other properties.  We close the waitlists when they exceed one year's wait-time.

High Pointe Senior Community in Rochester offers permanent supportive housing for adults age 62+. Twenty-five of the 93 apartments are fully accessible. On-site coordinators are available to assist with access to community services and Medicare and Medicaid issues.
