One to One Mentor

We ask for a minimum of one visit per month, with letter writing in between and a commitment of at least one year.

Interested volunteers attend a single-night orientation/information session and are offered quarterly support groups throughout the year.

Both volunteers and participants are interviewed and matched for similar interests and compatibility. Matches are made men to men and women to women.

Volunteer locations are at MCF- Lino Lakes, Oak Park Heights, Shakopee, and Stillwater.

Hours are set individually between participants and volunteers.
